Rates are per night, per suite, casa or bungalow, in US dollars. Breakfast (8–11am) and in-room minibar included. International travellers are exempt from sales tax. Extra bed: USD 150 per night (USD 350 during Holiday season).
Holiday season: five-night minimum stay. Stays including December 30, December 31 or January 1 require seven nights. The minimum stay may be split between two retreats.
Booking: 50% of the total is due on confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival (Spring, Late Summer and Autumn), 60 days before (High season) or 120 days before (Holiday season).
Cancellations: terms vary by season. No cash refunds are issued; amounts paid, less any applicable fee, are held as credit valid for 12 months from the original arrival date.
